At CHS we have recognized the requirement for our customers to have a Bell Helicopter Approved CSF for Rotor Blade Repairs. With this demand CHS has gone through the requirement of Bell Helicopter Factory qualified training to ensure our ongoing commitment to safety, reliability, and quality of workmanship, those being our top priority.
Our Rotor Blade Repair Department has all the necessary shop tools to perform the most common Blade repairs from Trim Tab Replacement, Erosion Strip Replacement, to Honeycomb Core replacement patches. We have invested in the proper tooling and repair materials to ensure you receive a quality finished product.
Our shop consists of Hot Bonding Equipment with heat blankets and monitored vacuum sources to ensure adequate pressures for curing of hot bonded adhesives. CHS has the approved training to complete either Composite 407, 214, or 412 Blades to Metal 206, 204, 205, or 212 Blade Repairs.
All of our Rotor Blade Repairs are accompanied with Transport Canada Form One Certification with EASA approval equivalent to the FAA Federal Aviation Regulations. Our Transport Canada Authorized Maintenance Organization is regulated under Transport Canada Approval #137-96 and is in compliance with Transport Canada Regulations. We also hold European Aviation Safety Agency Approval Certificate EASA 145.7112.
