We also have 407 Fuselage Carbon Fiber Repair Training and are ready to perform repair tasks. We keep overhauled panels stocked to ensure quick turn times, and exchange core panels are also available.
Our Composite workshop has an environmentally controlled area for cleanliness with all the necessary shop tools to perform the most extensive repairs. We have invested in the proper tooling to ensure you receive a quality finished product. Our composite shop consists of Hot Bonding Equipment with heat blankets and monitored vacuum sources to ensure adequate pressures for curing of hot bonded adhesives.
CHS can perform Composite repairs on Structural Panels, Cowls, Access Covers, and Doors. Panel repairs with Honeycomb Core Replacement, from either Nomex Foam or Aluminum, and Panel Skins from either Fiberglass Carbon Fiber, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, or Titanium.
