CHS's Aircraft paint design services are an option as part of our comprehensive paint refurbishment process. Customize paint and design markings for your helicopter to ensure your truly unique design stands out. Discuss your paint requirements with our design staff to ensure you get the paint scheme that you require. Designs are applied by our highly skilled personnel and are digitally printed for your acceptance of proof for lines and colors. We work with multiple paint manufacturers to ensure that your paint requirements are met. Our designers create multiple renderings with color and scheme variations as directed by you, and numerous variations by our professional designers. These renderings are then presented to you for approval.
At CHS we have established a comprehensive process which includes complete disassembly of all removable components prior to the application of any paint strippers. After the helicopter and component parts are paint stripped, a thorough inspection is carried out to ensure no further damage is revealed prior to proceeding. We can provide scuffed repaint quotations, or perform a complete paint strip, realodine, body filler, prime, proseal, and paint process. We can also paint the inside of your cowlings, interior, aft components using a multiple of colors to any of your specifications.
Our standard warranty is two years and clients who choose a clear coat option can add an additional one year to extend the warranty to three years.
