Our Technical staff has decades of experience in the Overhaul and Repair of Welded Products, either by tig or spot welding. We offer superior workmanship, backed by a great warranty policy, and are committed to offering dedicated reliable services. We offer a wide range of Bell products to be welded from 4130 Chrome Molly Steel and 321 Stainless Steel, to Titanium and Aluminum.

Items that are generally welded on Bell products include Exhaust Ducts, Exhaust Ejectors, Firewalls, Seat Frames, and Oil Cooler Ducts for both Commercial and Military Helicopters. All of the welding services that CHS provides are accompanied by Transport Canada Form One Certification with EASA approval, equivalent to the FAA Federal Aviation Regulations. Our commitment at CHS is to always provide the highest level of service to our Customers from basic repairs or modifications to major repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

Our Transport Canada Organization is under Transport Canada Approval #137-96 and is in compliance with Transport Canada Regulations. We also hold European Aviation Safety Agency Approval Certificate EASA 145.7112.
